After I workout I have a 185g can of Tuna, two fried eggs (practically no oil), a bit of Chilli sauce and a piece of wholemeal bread washed down with two mugs of milk (around 6og of protein) - I don't want to get big but yes bigger weights are the go now for increased strength. I workout every 2nd day.
I had some poor health this year so a lot of my work last year was lost during Winter/early Spring.
Last year I used some of the protein shakes but I found myself urinating the protein out and it was only 30gs of protein. Food is the best.
