I had version 3 but did not use it. The appeal of V4 is that if you write your requirements out in an English paragraph it is possible to write a formula - run it - back test it and run the same with minor variations. Once established your criteria can be run with one or two clicks with the results in a report or chart windows. The chart visuals are excellent and can be edited to suite the fussiest user. I have requested that BARS thickness be editable and have received advice that will be included in the next version - a minor gripe. Navigation around V4 is unlimited but not totally intuitive. The easily accessible online manual has an effective search facility. After 18 months with V4 I still have to scratch around to recall how I did something previously, however have a great daily routine that takes minutes to run.
