Will be a good test for the chairman now - reputation clearly on the line. Easier to cut off other peoples feet than it is your own.
My view has been that the current board/ownership structure would find it difficult to make the big calls and therefore would be better in the hands of PE.
If the board do make the big calls over next couple months then credit to them.
