I concur with your hypothesis of the probable takeup of the capital raising, likely 25% tops.

I think however that you err on the conservative side on the percentage effects. My take would be 75%+ = possible lift, 50%+ = stable to slight fall & 25% = definite fall.

Given trading today is .018c +/-, with plenty of sellers willing to trade at below .025c it is safe to assume it wasn't successful.
