Mmmm - not so helpful guys. I’m already an investor now. Yes I’ve since read all the HC threads about the directors and have an idea that this wasn’t my best ever purchase. But it’s done now so I legitimately was trying to better understand the deal set forth in the prospectus. If anyone experienced in reading these types of docs and understanding options and off-market trades can offer insights I would be grateful. Are these typical kinds of proposals?
