Texas sale of property $1.5m (from ASX Announcement )

Current liabilities
Debt facility of $2m (of which $1.75 has been used) (from cash flow announcement)

Current value of AKK approx $5.75m (based on my guesses)
That equates to SP of 1.6cents

If others have actual asset values I would really like to see them.
