ASX WAIVER APPROVAL


24 June 2010, Melbourne: Biosignal Limited (ASX: BOS) ("the Company") advises that ASX has approved an application by the Company for a waiver from listing rule 14.7 allowing the Company to issue the shares and options listed below more than 3 months and 1 month (as applicable) after the date of shareholder approval at a General Meeting held on 19 March 2010. The shares and options are as follows:


70,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares to RGM Entertainment Pte Ltd for the Company's acquisition of RGM Group Pte Ltd;


Up to 30,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares under the Company's prospectus dated 21 April 2010; and

200,000 fully paid shares and 200,000 unlisted options to Ayre Nominees Pty Ltd.
The provision of the waiver permits the Company to issue the securities listed above by no later than 21 July 2010 and otherwise on the same conditions as approved by shareholders at a General Meeting of the Company held on 19 March 2010.
