One of the conditions of the merger was that BOS could raise $4 million in cash. Seems like they haven't been able to do that. I certainly didn't buy any more shares. Why would you with such a rip-off price that only devalues my existing shares further. Sadly, I think it's all over unless RGM renegotiates the conditions. Hope I'm wrong though.
