I would still like to know how much Golden Village paid for their "cornerstone" investment in RGM. BOS SH's are effectively doing the same thing, buying RGM, so I believe we are entitled to know how much Golden Village paid. Was it the equivalent of twenty cents per share?

Every new announcement about this deal sounds dodgier than the preceding one. Twenty cents per share is effectively 0.08 cents per BOS share before consolidation. Is this a bargain or a ripoff? How about a clear one page explanation of what is really going on Tim?

From my understanding if RGM don't get at least $4 million then the deal is off OR does someone want BOS SH's not to stump up so that they can take up the shortfall and get an even larger percentage of RGM? This is starting to smell!
