Because its Shanghai Electric not GE and because it doesnt look good giving Australian tenements to an allocation to an overseas company however if they partner with an ASX company who already have their own tenements alls good,might be an idea to tell that tiddler to get some more of their own(maybe not the size of a hankie though eh,would only last 49 hours-that includes 48 hours drying time lol)
