The patent I refer to is of CHTD ...always has, always directly state that...

Really...they have committed more.....eh no they haven't ....they flicked in $10m as part of the LV-NG drive , nothing to do with to DICE Josimar ...

Exergen claimed That the LV-NG project could export 12 million tonnes of coal per annum "to be completed by 2014 through an investment of AU$1billion"

What's the chances of this happening Jozzy....we are November 2013 already....Exergen went of a $100m funding drive...that didn't go to well now did hit....then Exergen rolled themselves up in an asx shell 'CAG' with the intent to generate cash on market...when were they suppose to list....?? A couple of months ago wasn't it?? ...IMO they , as we all did....expected ALDP to be out by now...hence they would of had an idea of the amount of balancing cash they would have needed to generate on market in order to make up the fund pot after they had their ALDP figure....still not listed Jos; wouldn't it appear that TATA & Co aren't commiting any more cash at present......why?
