So what you are saying is that although Exergen's chief engineer quotes that the autoclave processes 500 tonnes per hour, you think that means that the 500 tonnes sits in the autoclave for 6 hours?
Do you read what you post.
As for the 800mm diameter of the Autoclave, I'm led to believe that is the outside dimension of the autoclave with an inner feed tube diameter of approx 600mm.
