You are spot on IMO Jos.
The Gov are excited about DICE because IMO for the first time they can see that the 5pc national goal may be achievable, with a big contribution coming from a 50pc reduction from brown coal generation.
I just heard Greg Hunt on radio talking about the 5pc target.
Bring on the BCP Mr Hunt!!!!!
