Exergen make liquid fuel and it has been proven to be the best match for DICE by the CSIRO
Exergen fuel can be turned into a pellet/briquette if required for purposes other than DICE
The CSIRO didn't trial coldry because it simply is not a suitable dice fuel. It's pretty simple stuff Obe's
