None of those you have stated are construction / engineering firms now are they......there's no site and blooms is chanting ground investigations off a 2005 resume at an unknown site , to which it's location and exergens current site location has no doubt changed....you actually couldn't get anything that is sooooo site specific in regard to conditions...that investigation obviously wasn't positive, it would have been a long shot anyway

best thing they can do is forget about the 1km test tube and run with another feed stock at least.....now wouldn't that make sense : / wouldn't it solve certain problems.....how about concentrating on low content sulphur lignite..... Not that they have stated that they were going to use high sulphur content lignite in the first place or anything ...

No test tube, no high sulphur content lignite and draw lignite out of an established mine.......wouldn't that be a significant $$$ saver???
