"Their are tender documents available, to anyone who wants to buy them online, for Exergen's commercial demo project in Indonesia"
Purchasing of tender documents online..... hmm well that surely is a new one; holy smoke! In my years of tendering I've never heard the likes lol!! Selling your tender documentation on line....clients generally flick out their tender docs with confidentiality statements to sign ; along with an invitation to tender ....after verbal confirmation.....but Exergen are going in another direction you state and asking for payment ...lol absolutely amazing...anyway whatever..
"So Obes, if plan A ( listing on the asx AFTER they are recipient of ALDP grant money) does not go ahead Exergen it would seem have their bases covered."
Exergen's commercial demo in Indonesia ..... A bit far from BM hey. The Exergen / Indonesian drive was to happen some time ago...pre ALDP days
and that one has stood still.....Jossy; I think the Mantle rampers seem to have convinced themselves that it's Exergen that they hold shares in...what impact would an Exergen Indonesian project have on mantle .....
Maybe you should go and have a read of that 'Counting the cost of clean air ' article
http://www.latrobevalleyexpress.com.au/story/1853650/counting-the-cost-of-clean-air/
Which is about how the near future Emissions Reduction Fund and how it is designed to assist carbon intensive operations to reduce their emissions through grants from a dedicated fund.
Greg Hunt reckons the ERF would operate on a 'lowest cost' basis and award grants to project applicants which achieved the largest emission abatements at the cheapest price....Mr Hunt clearly stated generators would not receive financial assistance for decommissioning generation units under the ERF, adding the Coalition was about "cleaning up not closing down" the power industry.
"Minister Hunt is talking about DICE."..... You reckon : )
"Exergen's chances have got to be better than even to win a chunk of ALDP"
Can't say I'd be talking that bet Jossy.
"One of the latest contenders, Exergen, an unlisted company based in Brisbane, which previously lobbied the former Labor government for funding to send brown coal to India, now wants to build a commercial demonstration plant somewhere yet to be finalised, and is set to merge with ASX-listed company Cape Range.
The analysis, undertaken by a coal scrutineer, Bob Burton, found that under the proposed merger deal with Cape Range, Exergen directors would automatically be given shares conservatively estimated to be worth $14.7 million merely if the company secured a grant under the joint federal-state scheme, known as the Advanced Lignite Demonstration Program."
"demonstration plant somewhere yet to be finalised" ....well I've always wondered why the hell would Exergen choose Morewell .....do you reckon it may have been just a line filler on their ALDP application....$14.7 million fed into directors pockets if the company secured ALDP grant / tax payers money
Josimar all that ; along with that crazy 1km thumper ....Lol! A long shot IMHO
Ps Coldry and Vortex are two totally different animals.
I'd say you might want to add in plan C,D,E and F....
