Maybe Exergen are holding on to see if they secure ALDP funding , before they commit to re listing , in order to she how much they need to hit the market for...I mean if they don't gain ALDP funding whose going to buy the stock ...what would the point in re listing be...their big backers haven't come to the rescue ...so why would the average Joe soap buy shares if the government didn't hand over any cash and the big backers did a no show??? IMO
