Prospectus might not be lodged today

I heard that the Prospectus that was to be lodged today might not be lodged and may happen Next Week sometime. A Fund Manager who registered a bid with the person who is doing the CR told me this morning. Also it will only be done by just few guys not through a Broking House as such even though they may use a Known Broking house, only few guys would do this. Apparently massive massive demand from every where even though the Book Build Officially won't start until after the Lodgement with ASIC. This has the potential to be the best I T stock on ASX in a short amount of time I was told. Unfortunately only selected Funds and chosen top of the range S708's may get some stock. Expect this to be controlled in the secondary market. Without a doubt I can say this will deliver big time over few months. I got no more news apart from this. My mate didn't tell me who those few guys are or what the Broking house is etc. I thought you guys on this thread may appreciate the information.Cheers.
