On page 27 of the prospectus we have the declaration for the high 29 cents and and low 16 cents prices of TRF during the 3 mths prior to the prospectus.

Only now, will many of you understand why I was concerned about the price support for IFE. Any price rise for IFE would logically carry that of TRF to some positive degree. Before you say why did they not try with supporting TRF, there were many smallish trades which were not welcome. It all stinks anyway.

I see it is not underwriten (3.6 page 6) so those friends and friends of friends will be able to jump aboard if it’s no doubt deemed profitable at the last moment. (3.5) and you can even ask for more unless your name is Oliver lol ! Watch for more manipulation anyway.

Don’t chase that 20 cents and free options as they did the IFE options at 75 cents back in March. 40 don’t wanna see people watch TRF go up pre rights from manipulation, only to see the ordinary price of TRF fall back after.

Overseas shareholders (3.10 page 8) get forgotton in this world of technlology. We’re all considered to live in illegal territories lol so cannot apply, even if we wanted too. This is nothing to do with TRF tho but it is due to the legalities of overseas jurisdictions. Funnny that scammers can seem to operate quite freely tho, until caught that is.

Costs (page 12) relatively good as not underwritten. $35,955 and not some 6% which I presume would have been around the norm. Not counting any free shares to the encumbent underwriter either. So one positive, if it is a positive.

All in, it really does come out as a very desperate move, considering all we know re TRF and IFE unfilled promises.

    Be good,

    40.
