With the potential consolidation of IIN and TPG, MNF will find it more difficult to compete with these big boys especially on price. MNF does, apparently, have a good reputation for its VOIP product line (I am a user of their service) and this might make it an attraction as a takeover target.
The big boys might just leave MNF to wither on the vine. The VOIP business is not money-for-old-rope and several outfits have found it very difficult, viz Engin, iVoisys and Pennytel.
However, MNF is the pick-of-the-bunch.
It remains to be seen how the MNF future will pan out.
