This is the problem with many SH...................do not have faith in the value of their votes. To stand up and lodge an ASX or ASIC complaint is all just too hard and so much easier whinging on a public forum like HC

All I can say is............give this your best shot
get your votes in and make them count
YES for board spill and you will have another chance after that and that will be to reject or accept Director nominations.

Don't give up in the early stages...............
