Firstly, there are ways to rebalance the current situation but it seems there are some shareholders here who have already thrown the towel in, which is such a shame. A simple complaint to the ASX and or ASIC via their website complaints form is a start.

Secondly, do you know who the alternative Director nominees are going to be and what their proposition might be if their is a Board Spill?

Maybe I need to get someone gee'd up to make some phone calls next week and start stirring the sand a little.
