Good to see someone is actually doing something, I look forward to hearing the results of your endeavours of "...trying to research it and finding out..." as I am sure other are as well.
There is lot's of waste in this company and some of it done right under everyone's noses but no-one will take action to stop it, certainly not the regulators unless you have shoved it up there noses so far they can't avoid it.
The rot doesn't stop there though, it goes deeper and those other places of rot are not ASIC or ASX territory so besides a Board spill, it needs a full Board displacement and replacement afterwards at an EGM within the 90 day period and even then it needs some serious surgery as well that could take 12 months or more to show real signs of recovery.
Not many would take on the job of rescuing then trying to recover the company as the job would be thankless, extremely unsatisfying, financially unrewarding, very shareholder demanding and will be required to drive some harsh realities into places that wont be that receptive to the news or action.
Your challenge will be to get the many smaller shareholders to actually cast a vote and then cast a vote in the right direction for a Board spill.
Voting No on Resolution 1 is just the toe in the water.
Voting No on Resolution 2 is just putting the other toe in the water.
Voting Yes on Resolution 4 is just putting one whole foot in the water up to the ankle.
And if the results from above are in favour of a Board Spill then there is the subsequent EGM within 90 days from the AGM where you all get to vote for some new Director nominees or you can vote for the same Directors as you have had. But this choice can't happen until the first round of votes at the AGM are successful.
If someone is stupid enough to appoint the Chairman proxy with unassigned votes then they deserve what they get. More Michael.
You all, as shareholders, need to become either more active or better informed on what commercial levers you can pull to force change in your favour or Michael and his team will continue to laugh at you and fleece you at the same time and sometimes in ways you wont even recognise or feel initially.
As for three by-products, that was a reply to another poster and believe you me it is more relevant than most realise as it relates to profit.
