The ASX ANN suggests the Chairman will be using unallocated proxies to vote against the spill motion. That is highly unusual.

It also appears that the AHF AR is just papers bound together with a staple. Very unprofessional, almost amateurist, cannot even bother using a decent publishing house to make the AHF AR attractive.

No wonder the Chairman is acting in legal altho arguably highly unethical ways to defeat the spill motion.

Pity the ASX/ ASIC enforcement is so appalling. Otherwise the spill motion might have a chance.
