Nielsen has been implementing a new hybrid methodology which combines both census tagged data and panel based data. They will be phasing out their old system during 2016 with the launch of Digital Content Ratings. If you haven't worked in advertising then this will mean next to nothing to you.
I believe data will now be reported in the Nielsen Answers interface on the 11th of every month.
