Sorry I disagree. The most popular answer today was Google, yes only 30 people but critical care nurses and doctors are mostly young and transient. One person said they had the REA app.
Previously it has been stated on this forum that the average rental is greater than two years. Why would I want to keep a free app on my phone that I never use for that period of time?
I rent due to life circumstances. I am in my second now, I check multiple sites as you always have a feeling the home you want maybe on the other site. I don't believe there is a loyalty to a particular site, the house you need / want is on a particular site so you use it.
I believe both sides have valid arguments and I believe both sides should state so and accept the risk that this could go either way.
