    And one other thing!
    The constituency of rea domain et al are real estate agents and that has been great whilst they hold the keys to a market place but with the macro changes that are about to engulf them and technology I don't believe they can change enough to deal with the threats of the power shift that is underway.
    It reminds me of Kodak who actually created digital film but were afraid to develop it as it did not want to undermine its established and very profitable business, so I think REA Domain et al will not act in a way to threaten RNT as they wont want to upset their profitable constituency. Until R--ted
    Watch Perth the Canary in the coal mine where prices are falling and in some markets dramatically and tenants are commonly playing off landlords and getting big rent reductions or leaving.
    Owners not happy - move to low cost environment RENT
    And this is but the start in my view of the swing to the switch in power to the tenant and RENT can win with owners by slashing the cost of management and sourcing tenants
