Japon - SURPRISE SURPRISE.....Still no answers to the questions that would directly determine whether this company will ever turn a dollar. The facts must really be frustrating you. Well at least this thread is under public scrutiny.....might save some investors some hard earned $
All you rampers are hilarious you keep coming up with the exact same comment - Why am I on this forum,,,,,and I keep telling you I have already answered this on multiple occasions so stop asking and maybe do a little better on the answering side.....
JAPON I can see why you have gone and started a new thread.....diverting attention away from your losing argument.....The question you ask Are RNT going to become the next UBER....Well guess what ??? You can ask RNT themselves. I have. All the numbers and research you have scattered around is based on assumptions.....like RNT are going to take over the industry.....agents wont blink at paying $300/month to rnt.....believe it or not behind a real estate company there is usually a conservative, risk adverse business person.....thats right the Ferrari driving salesperson you mention ( NOTE Most PMs drive very conservative cars ) does not own the business....no they are employed usually by a solid member of the community.
MMMoney I see similar stats on the enquiry front to you. Maybe in the others column it might be a bit lower than 5%. I am based in QLD but have had a decade of real estate experience in inner city Melbourne. The figures put forward on what people consider the % of private landlords is nowhere near what my experience tells it is.....I think its quite minute to be honest.
And remember this minute market is a competitive market in itself and there are far cheaper avenues to rent your home privately that would result in 20+x the amount of enquiry which in some instances would be the difference in a house being vacant for 2 months or not which I have seen many times with private Landlords....How much rent is that again....my area about $4500.00....what nearly 3 years worth of management fees??? Yes..... Well this is not as simple as we thought......
So JAPON back to MY questions, after you answer them ( I DOUBT YOU WILL ) I have many more...
SO HERE THEY ARE:
Why would a private landlord list with Rnt when they can list a a fraction of the cost and advertise on 11 websites including REA, domain, home hound as well as Rnt themselves? Listing on the above sites would have the private landlord receive 20+ x the amount of enquiry....
When are Rnt going to start charging agents ?
