I have read back through this thread and can see that you own a pretty good dictionary and that you have a mate that's a real estate agent. Good for you. Its all just a view that you have, or an opinion, which is fine, even down to what figures to believe concerning ATO numbers v ABS numbers. There you have it. My point that is.
