It would be different to some degree in different areas but I'd be surprised if the numbers in WA were that high. Mind you the management fees are also alot higher in WA so that could have some effect. Regardless RNT will need to be used throughout Australia and in Melbourne the percentage of self managed properties are quite low.
Over the last few days I've spoken with a few of my colleagues in different agencies and they only vaguely knew or didn't know anything about rent.com at all so they better start getting out there.
