Next couple of months should be exciting to say the least
Seasonal uptrend in property market Jan/Feb onwards + increased marketing (social media gaining traction) building on solid Xmas UV results, reckon we will be seeing 600k+ in UV's very soon
And for all the questions/debate about cash flow, it's all about traffic flow. As traffic keeps on increasing, more agents/landlords will continue to jump on board
This management team is very solid, and in a difficult space I reckon they have the goods to get the job done
