    Well, it seems Westinghouse got sick of waiting at the alter for CBD to buy a ring.

    Westinghouse Solar cancelled the merger due to 'repeated delays' in completing the merger with CBD.

    The mea culpa from CBD on Monday should be suitably grovelling.
