I lied.

I'm travelling on a slow connection and haven't been able to download the full announcememt, BUT from what I have read I can't see what the new recommendation from the IE actually is.

That is a disgrace IMO (unless I have that wrong - can someone please confirm?). The company has used pre-emptive language ('we became aware that the IE was going to change its opinion') to avoid stating post fact what the new opinion actually is.

Have I got that right?
