I have thought about it and I think I am going to vote for the incentives as they stand. I don't think the small resistance will be enough to stop it going through and even if the deal was changed, there is no point having management that resents their incentives/salary. Hopefully they realise that they have a very good deal here and that they now need to make the most of it.

The 5 year expiry on the options is also good for long term holders and from the last few announcements, it is clear that Mike is doing the rounds promoting the project. If they keep this up, we'll have an offtake in no time. If you are worried about losing your share in the company, it's still a very good time to accumulate another 10% and prevent that from happening.

With any luck we will find an offtake soon and we'll all get 300%+ returns. GLTAH
