Although supportive of creating an incentive package for management for achieving specific milestones, I believe the proposed number of options is far too generous as it is currently pitched. I agree with the trigger events for the issue of the options however the number of options issued needs to be trimmed back about 50% which in my view would better reflect a generous incentive scheme and still meet shareholder expectations.
