Whilst the proposed liquidation of the fund will allow shareholders to realize on their investments at a time when the US market is at record highs, the other side is that I think that the management and Board have been very responsible over the years in terms of costs to manage the company. The fact that they are bringing forward this proposal is again a credit to the Board.
