For a stock with close to 1Billion issued shares, the sell side looks quite thin.
TC have done well here to accumulate over a third of the stock @ .002 and under for themselves? and their clients? over the past 4 years.
If they come up with a favourable RTO the stock is primed for a healthy run up with TC ensuing it gets a good nudge along the way.
