SLR just announced the construction contract for the their Murchison processing facility (at an existing site with some infrastructure already in place) for $35M. That is possibly just the CIL circuit from memory?
I don't think that KMC will have a working processing facility for PXG any time soon... Another resource target for them maybe if it is available 'on the cheap'?
