    "Your Employer is not required to make Superannuation Guarantee Contributions (SGC) if you are 75 or over." Under that age, probably a different story re continuing to add to super even beyond that cap of $1.6 million. You also cannot pay any more into your super voluntarily even it you satisfy the stupid minimum work hour requirements, once you are 75 or over.

    Bit of a sop really to allow this 15% for those who have more than $1.6 m. within super. If they really want to catch those people with multi-millions who have, in the past, been getting away with their entire unfranked credits coming back to them, to allow this 15% tax rate is still too generous.
