    "you cannot get that capital it back into super if taken out" (you need to take care making such statements so definitively, viz "cannot get that capital" back into super. Since 1 July 2018 some/all may indeed be able to be returned into super so long as one is deemed "eligible" by the ATO. It happens to be one of my options.

    Not correct. What is you sell your house and wish to put into your super an amount of up to $300,000?

    All conditions stated in link provided need to be satisfied for you to put up to $300,000 into your superannuation if you wish to do so.
