JonnoH, remember the mining Tax ( MRRT) the Labor government brought and the billions it was going to bring in to govt coffers, remind me how much it actually raised before being removed and the govt having to repay money to some companies. The costs to implement and run soon out weighed the return.
This change , if it actually gets off the ground, will cost the government billions with more and more self funded retirees make there way onto part and in some cases full pensions.
I would rather Vote for Liberal / national party than been dragged down the drain by a Union run and controlled government with members that have never had a real job outside the union movement.
