Johnno’s response to Wolgarb is quoted below:
“May not be a surplus but this will be 50+ BILLION closer to it than without it.”

This suggests that the 50 billion will be paying down the deficit in order to more quickly arrive at a surplus.

Please give a thumbs up if you reckon Johnno is indeed maintaining that Bill Shorten will be paying down debt levels with $50+ billion.
