Lets make some back of the envelope calculations
1,000,000 will be affected
700,000 of those are retirees
as stated in the media
Lets assume a retiree couple has 2 adult children....another 700,000
Lets assume that the ratio of adult children to grand children is 1 to 1
Lets assume that 1 in 10 grand kids are adult voters...70,000
Lets say over the Xmas table this subject is approached....
Adult children and grand kids will lose a good portion of inheritance
Adult children can no longer be helped with mortgage or kids education expenses...
Forget about that car young Johny or Cassandra.
So now we have 1,000,000 + 700,000 adults +70,000 young adults is 1,7070,000
( 1million includes the 700,000 retirees )
then add in the other 300,000 ..1 in 10 adults equals 30,000 children
then add in all the family members that are in empathy of the stealing from retirees...
we then have 1.8 million voters...against the tax grab...
Thats a lot of votes
