If you agree that the 18200 threshold is reasonable, then the franking credit changes are a nonsense.
Shareowners at the bottom end ,seem to be collateral damage from Labor's desire to hit smsf's, and claw back some of the money given away by Howard's tax free, post 60 year old changes.
Still think there is a possibility that they will bring in a threshold, 5 to 10 k would get rid of the worst features of it, if they cant bring themselves to scrap it.
