Absolutely Chris,
Abolition of rbl's, no tax on post 60's turned it from a mess into something really toxic. The 1.6 mill limit is the 1st step to restoring sanity in the system.
Labor , unfortunately , seems intent on steps 2,3,4, etc, when just taxing output so much simpler.
