I'm thinking houses can double again in 15 years. That's kind of normal but just saying this downturn is just a pause. Just looking at house prices in Asian cities. Cheaper here, thus the mad scramble to pay higher and higher. White trash including public servants lol will have to buy in country towns and in 100 years tourists will visit towns to try australian roast, bread jam cream cheese and craft beer.
