Not sure what dsr lvr is etc but it's a good thread because speculation about a downturn over previous years is now happening and it's easier to analyse it while data is coming in. Solid population growth is sure but can only guarantee the downturn won't last as long as japan's, but could still be a few years no probs. It's only as bad as the media make it, always a few who lose which creates alarming headlines but it'll be tame due to immigration and international student buyers/renters. We're surrounded by 4 billion people and the top 1% wealthy for example who have considered buying in Oz or Canada number 40 million. This pressure is a K for Konstant for next 100 years etc.
the amount of wealthy people in Asia is staggering and they are being welcomed. Luckily we won't need to invent new words for the change, as the meaning of Australasia has already changed unofficially.
