Property JV, page-3

This architects image is on the ROC Built website listed under the projects section. The image was originally created on 5th January 2018.

My question is did the property JV buy the property from third parties or was it purchased from Will Slade and/or his associates?

Total cost including stamp duty is $3,376,000

As Grange has a majority of overseas shareholders does this transaction require FIRB approval as it is for residential purposes where existing homes have been purchased then presumed to be knocked down at some stage.

If it is the latter then the related party notes will be fabulous - especially as it is a 51%/49% JV with Grange having the majority stake.
