So Lumley court expected completion date is end of 2019. I've been in GRR for several years now and end of 2019 isn't that far away only 18 months. After all I have been waiting for several years for the SDTSF and for an equity partner at Southdown....
I can't remember all the details but if GRR sunk $8M into purchasing/building 5 units it will be quite obvious pretty soon how successful or not the Grange ROC Property JV was.
The Directors may not hold shares in GRR but I think Mr Honglin has a lot in this. Culturally speaking the shame bought about from failure can be catastrophic for Chinese and we only have 18 months to find out. I hope he manages ok.
