Pretty sure this AGM will stir them up a bit. No reason this stock shouldn't be 40 cents+

The property JV is just noise. People need to look past it. Its literally not even half a quarters earnings being risked and it will not turn into a huge thing. They will do one or two properties, make a profit or make a loss, learn their lessons the hard way or make us a little money. Either way the potential profits or losses are negligible. People on here acting like they are going to lose every cent invested which just isn't the case.

I'm all for higher returns paid to holders and also a substantial buy back but they can afford to do these in conjunction with these small property deals.

A few activist investors in this stock now and I think we will start to see more action on share holder returns going forward shortly. AGM will be a big wake up call for directors
